"The staff from the Consulate very friendly and knowledgeable but waiting time is horrible, my appointments were for 8.00 am, and my colombian ID process started almost at 8.30 and took about 15 min and to do my password I had to wait for almost 45 min to get to it. Just 2 people attending, sad."

Someone that works directly with the government shouldn't be acting that way. The website barely works and every time I try to make an appointment, something goes wrong."
"Woke up at 3am and Drove 3 1/2 hours from Nashville (in CST) to be here for 9am EST appointment. My wife just needs to renew her passport. She’s been waiting for 2.5 hours with no updates from the staff. Their online portal is inoperable and the staff here are booking appointments and not following a queue. This is a direct reflection of the leadership. We knew that it might not h be e 15 minutes, but to take off time for it to be wasted, this is excessive. The reviews speak for themselves. The staff should be embarrassed, leadership overhauled and if you are reading this- go to another consulate. This one is terrible and will waste your time"
"The website for appointments doesn’t work. I have try for two weeks to book appointment waited every Thursday after 2pm nothing. It doesn’t work any time. Try other times to see if I could nothing. I wanted to do the mobile one neither work is very frustrating and yes I first register. Please update the website or let people make appointments over the phone."
