"On what Planet do you stop serving B’fast at 10:12 in the morning? I changed this to a 3 because the Mgt responded. Wanted to make it right. We live out of town so it’s fine but I know of no Fast food place that doesn’t serve B’fast until 10:30 most until 11:00. Sounds like your Mgr of the day was just being lazy."
"Me and my sister were starving and both craving some jacks. I went up there and when I ordered, they had been kind of nice. I ordered the chicken fingers with a bunch of honey mustard along with the two DOUBLE cheese burger meal with just ketchup and mayo. I get to the window and get my drinks and they tell me to pull up. I get my food and there’s no honey mustard in the bag whatsoever. So I go back around and let them know I didn’t get any. So I get to the window and they tell me that they can not give me any because there were no tops to the containers and they had no more honey mustard. As I’m trying to think of any other sauce, the woman at the window tells me to pull up to think about it because there was someone behind me. She said this very rudely and was glaring at me. I was already pissed because they didn’t even tell me that in the first place. I get home and open my food, the fries are cold, my burgers have pickles onions and mustard, along with them BOTH being singles. Not only did they have rude service but they got my order completely wrong. I planned on calling but I figured that they wouldn’t let me talk to a manger. I also did not receive a receipt with my order which is ridiculous. I never leave reviews but this was too much."
"Somehow I always forget about Jacks but I should come here more often, the food is awesome and they've got a variety of things that you won't find at another drive-thru. If this store was 24 hours they would be one of the hottest restaurants in Auburn."
"I have been to this Jack's few times and have never received friendly service or fresh food. 3.89 today fir a breakfast sandwich that had been in the warmer so long the bisquit was had and the wrapper was stuck to the sandwich. I pull back around to the window and tell the lady. no apologies or anything. she just asked what I had then shut the window till a fresh sandwich was done....."
"Service was friendly and quick, but chicken looked old or overcooked. Mashed potatoes were dry and chunky, biscuits looked burned. Overall, not great. Cheap and quick food."
