"The register shuts down for no reason. Staff don't listen to your request. They like to push you thru really fast and don't care whether your order is right. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Not for small children."
"They asked me to come onside when I attempted to go thru the drive thru. Then, while I was inside, I noted that it's the computer screen ordering inside, and they just called your name to give you your food. However, while I was ordering my food, someone else came through the drive thru, and they took and gave out that order before I received my meal. It made me feel like my order/money/needs were less important."
"For the sake of the human race nobody who works at this location should reproduce. Honestly the worst customer service in town. Half the time my order is straight up wrong and I don’t see that changing. I didn’t know it was legal to hire people who are this stupid. Very miserable girl working the register too, she became irritated after I asked to explain why they couldn’t make a gordita and threw a little tantrum with the attitude of a pregnant English teacher. 0/10 go to literally any other Taco Bell."
"I never leave reviews even if I get a bad experience but, I literally got told to wait a couple minutes for my order to be taken because their door dash and mobile orders were super long and even after waiting at the speaker for about 30 minutes (not counting the time I joined the line) they then refused to take my small order. I’ve worked in customer service and I would’ve at least helped the customer who I’d let wait for 30 minutes at the speaker get some food. This is very upsetting and unprofessional."
