"The breakfast food is great but unfortunately their service is so slow and bad that it turns me away from going there most of the time I think about getting food in this area. The drive thru takes for-e-ver, even when it's not a busy time. The dining room is still closed. This is a great location and it would probably be a very successful one if they could get their staffing issues under control. But until then, I'll only visit here when I know I can spare 30 minutes for "fast" food."

"This place does have good food, however, the service is absolutely terrible. The line was so long (I waited last Sunday 34 minutes in drive thru) today I didn’t have that much time so I decided I was going to go inside and take it to go until the lady in the drive thru window yelled the dinning room is closed. I understand staffing issues, but waiting for 34 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous. I used to think it was slow when the teenagers ran it last year, but at least they were not as Slow and opened the dinning room. Corporate needs to be involved with this issue."

"I received some coupons in the mail so i thought i would try this place out. First appearence, this place is RUN DOWN. The parking lots has pot holes, there was trash all over the place and it was looking really dirty. I tried to place an order but was told they didn't have the cinnamon raison buns in stock, the very reason why i went there. I tried to order coffee, the woman told me there was no cream/milk. I ordered a black coffee and paid the woman. Even the cash register was dirty, along with the windows and floor. Shame on the franchise owner and corporate people for allowing this place to be run like that. Does anyone ever inspect this place? I would never order food from there.The city should close this place down. It's an eye sore. It's disgusting. I'll never go back."

"Someone, PLEASE FIX THIS HARDEE’S! The food is good. The location is very convenient. The service at breakfast is horrible. Half the time the dining room is locked. When it is not, the staff ignores you. It always looks like they don’t have enough help. I understand there is a employee shortage but none of the other fast food places are this bad. Please pay your employees more to get better employees and attract new good employees. And open the dining room for breakfast, please."

"We got Super Star with Cheese Combo and Mushroom & Swiss Angus Burger combo. Super Star was really delicious. Also onion rings were tasty. Mushroom burger was not bad. The Mushrooms were overcooked but it was tasty. We really liked"
