"I have stayed at this hotel twice recently and will stay here every time I visit Chattanooga. It’s one of my favorite hotels. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us on arrival and every single staff member I interacted with throughout the weekend was wonderful. The room was safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and ready. The breakfast downstairs is good and the options are nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting."

"My stay was nice but the amenities could have been a bit better. The ice machine was not operating and there were no vending machines on my floor. The fridge was barely cold and there was a strange amount of electrical covers on a part of the wall, like 10 just spread around near the TV for no reason. These are all fairly negligible, but for how much I paid for a night, I'd have expected a little more quality and attention to detail with the suites. Pretty good breakfast tho"

"The hotel is well located, we got to the aquarium, riverboat, and Coolidge Park in about 5 minutes (driving). Easy to get in and out of which was important to us because we drove, no extra cost for parking. Plenty of parking and appeared secure (only 1 way in and out as the back gate was closed). Staff was all friendly - from check in, housekeeping, and breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well, which was great because the weather was hot. View from the room we were in on the 5th floor was awesome, corner room! Had a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in room. Breakfast area was packed, but moved smoothly. Staff would clean up and restock as soon as there was a break in guests. Food was generally standard, though I did have an omelette like no other (not scrambled, with the flavor in the middle, I loved it and wished I took a picture). Would come back to stay at this hotel if we're in the area again."
