"I ordered online and requested the pick-up shelf. When I arrived there was no food on the shelf so I stood at the counter. I was ignored by the workers for about 15 minutes. When I was finally able to flag down a worker and ask about my order, it had been ready the whole time and sitting at the drive thru window. Food was stone cold. Terrible service. Ordered online at 7:36, didn't get my food until 8:25. Ridiculous when every car in the drive thru and every walk-in got their food immediately."

"This taco bell is horrible. The dining room is never open and I prefer my tacos to be eaten fresh. I could understand during COVID it being drive thru only but into 2024 this is beyond lazy. How this location is still running is beyond me."
"I tried to eat at this Taco Bell today and could not place my order. None of the 4 screens at the kiosk were working. The employees ignored my effort and pretended that I was not there. While I was trying to place my order two more customer walked in and had the same problem I had. They also left without purchasing any food. I feel bad for the owner of this business because the three people that were supposed to be working obviously do not care about the business ."
"Read the other reviews and you’ll see a very clear pattern. Drive thru takes 20 minutes to move 4 cars, lobby doors are always locked, employees are tweakers who have zero sense of responsibility or any customer service skills. With so few fast food options in the area it’s a shame we have to continue tolerating this poor excuse for a restaurant. (Update 11/16/23:) It seems that this location has gone through some changes and the service and wait times have improved drastically. The restaurant interior is clean and most days the lobby is open. The only time I've seen a sign on the door when the lobby was closed was later in the evening. Perhaps it was a safety thing? Either way, the drive thru was quick, so no worries. Its good to see a restaurant making positive changes."
