"It is was horrible bad experience I didn’t expect we will have this kind of issues. It was very bad experience all the pizza order it was not cooked well, smelling very cold and professionally delivered and packed. It is such a disrespectful, unprofessional, disappointing experience . We pay for this order and it’s not so cheap to order something from this food place but way they are delivering and treating that is total and acceptable ."
"My first and last time ordering from here. I placed an order online for a tandoori pizza, a large cheese pizza and bread sticks. Rather than receiving a full tandoori chicken pizza I received less than half tandoori chicken pizza and half cheese. I called the store and requested to speak to the manager. The young man there told me it's my fault that I didn't select the right selection and didn't choose the right side of the pizza with the same options. Where in the world do you pay for the toppings and not get it. I explained to the manager no one touches the other option unless they are trying to change toppings on the other half of the pizza. I was then told it's my fault and I should not be expecting a free pizza. This comment was extremely rude and I felt discriminated. I have never received this low level of customer service in my life. The website states if you are not satisfied with the product/pizza, you will receive a full refund. This manager needs to be retrained and his poor customer service issue needs to be addressed."

"Update —— 7/28/23. Downgrading to two stars after the order takers screwed up my pizza order more than a few times. I understand you have many first time employees but it doesn’t excuse the fact that orders get messed up. This has happened to me more than a few times now. So much for trying to support the neighborhood pizza place. Best neighborhood pizza joint at affordable prices compared to national chains. I always get the thin crust which doesn’t disappoint. They also do tandoori chicken pizza which is halal."
