"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst insurance company ever will never go back. If I hear anyone mention this company I will go out of my way to recommend any other company. The reason being I was promised a call back almost every time I’ve called which was 8 or 9 times in the span of 2 months not once did they return a call when I was told every time I would be called the next day. Next issue if you ever have a problem or question about your bill that looks questionable like an extra charge or an up in price out of nowhere they will get to you eventually but it’ll be a whole month of calling twice a week until it’s too late and your next bill is due. Lastly we switched company’s and found out we could pretty much go anywhere else and save an average of 100$ a month compared to the rates at this company. So if you’re looking to save some money and a bunch of headaches I would stay FAR away from this company."
