"Prescriptions keep being put on hold and not filled! The reason they keep telling me is there's a problem with my Dr. License. When in fact it's a problem with thier system. I had to tell them to run it as a coupon or something like that is what they told my Dr when he finally got a hold of them. Why should I have to remind them of this!? So frustrating! Corporate is this store's problem is why Nothing gets done! Staff was actually very nice this last time!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would... THIS PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE, if it wasn't the only one in my town, I would go elsewhere. Everytime myself or my mom calls the pharmacy for any reason, we either sit on hold for an hour or more or they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They never fill prescriptions in a timely manner, they are always "extremely behind" or we wait forever to get helped. They are judgemental depending on the type of prescriptions we are getting and always change their demeanor for the worst. They are completely understaffed, poorly trained and the customer service is below anyone's standards."
