"Based on ratings, I was really expecting that southern home cooked meal. What I got was 2 minutes between ordering and the waitress bringing my plate. No way it's cooked to order. Very dry cornbread and possibly canned vegetables. It's all decent food, but for me, it's not worth going out for. The fried chicken and hushpuppies had good flavor. Friendly staff that did a good job."

"My husband & I came here because we heard the onion rings were hand made and delicious. And we heard right. They were fresh & hot! I also got fried chicken livers. I am picky about those and you can't find good ones easily. These were good! My husband got the fried chicken & loved it. But the sides were all just ok. The server was very friendly & attentive."
