"I placed a mobile order- family Chili, single burger and three frostys. I left my home about 15 minutes to pick up the order. After waiting over 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker, I pulled around and asked about my mobile order. 17 minutes later my bags were thrust out of the window. It took 27 minutes to get my chili (good) and my burger (mediocre at best) and never got the 3 frostys. This that the third strike for Red Banks Wendy’s. This one has never recovered from COVID. I won’t be back!"
"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Went for super late night dinner due to a long drive and had a horrible experience. Had to do everything through the mobile app because apparently coupons were down, got 2 pretzel baconators and they put NO BACON on them and didn't say anything because he said he thought we were DoorDash. One burger was missing half a patty. Not only did we watch somebody climb through the drive thru window but they absolutely refused to do a refund. NO names from anyone."
"Brought my food home, and when I placed the fries on a plate, there was a clump of hair deep in them. Can't be mine. I'm bald and live alone. Very gross. Never going back."
"I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got halfway through the meal before realizing the middle of the sandwich was raw. I’ve reached out to Wendy’s customer service 3 times over the last 3 days with no response. Completely unacceptable and will be forwarded to the health department."
