"the WORST customer service EVER. The pharmacy, specifically, never answers the phone, will keep you on hold for hours on purpose because they do not feel like doing their job, and will purposely pick up the phone and put you right back on hold, Its embarassing that you can hear that. This is disgusting do better, I need medication for my health and this is the treatment ??? RIDICULOUS"

"I had my insulin prescription filled at this Walgreens, they only did a partial fill and did not bother to tell me. I got home and realized I didn't get the entire thing, but could charge for the entire fill. When I went back to get the rest of the fill I paid for they said that they could not do a partial fill and wanted to charge me the entire amount again for The one and they shorted me out of five. Absolutely crooked."

"The app doesn’t have aisle numbers for products and the employees won't help you look for them. I came in to buy some glycerin but couldn't find it in either the haircare or skincare aisles. Went to the front counter for help and was told they "might not have any" despite the app saying it was in stock. He didn't try to find another employee who might know, check the aisle himself or use the zebra to see what aisle it might be on. Ended up finding it in the bath products aisle eventually."

"This is probably the worst interaction with other people I’ve ever had. I wish picking up your prescriptions was easy but everyone working here except the bald guy make it impossible. Skinny young guy who I’m assuming is Carl bc the review below me is complaining about the same exact problem happening, is incredibly rude along with a middle aged woman with glasses. Both have horrible people skills and need to just never talk to anyone again. Again, they’ll text you that your prescription is ready but then if they “run out” it’s suddenly not going to be ready. Have fun driving across town to realize your medication you NEED isn’t ready. Very unprofessional and had no sense of empathy and denied the fact that I even got a text in the first place saying they had no record of it being filled which is a lie. Literally just get better staff or learn to communicate better because there’s clearly something wrong w most of y’all."

"I hope I can give Walgreens Pharmacy a negative number of stars. First, days ago pharmacist Carl of this pharmacy told me positively that my Rx would be ready to pick up last Sunday, Dec. 4 (yesterday). Second, yesterday (Sunday, Dec. 4) morning I received message and call from Walgreens Pharmacy which confirmed in capital letters that my Rx was ready to pick up. When I went to this Walgreens Pharmacy yesterday (Sunday, Dec. 4) afternoon, guess what? The pharmacist just blatantly told me the Rx is not ready to pick up. See, this is how Walgreens Pharmacy pokes fun at its customers. Furthermore, Walgreens Pharmacy are desperate to ban my review."
