"Poor customer service!!!!! I waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged and an older gentleman of another ethnicity (Caucasian) walks in and gets help immediately. I thought a "hometown" pharmacy would be better than that. I guess Cairo still sees things in black and white...literally!"
