"I was in getting my medication on 4/17/2023 around 6:22pm. I approached the counter and the cashier with a name tag (Erikka) assisted me. She asked my name and birthdate. She gave me my total and I told her I had a good RX coupon. That triggered her for some reason. She stomped off and came back with a serious attitude. She told me to sign the box because she now had to re-ring my meds. I picked up my phone to pull up my coupon and she became angry and blurted out at me "Don't take my picture" I immediately turned my phone to show I had my coupon pulled up. She said Well the way you are holding your phone, it looked like you were taking a picture of me. First, why would I want to take her picture. This is so ridiculous to be treated this way. I get home and tell my son about the incident, and he asked what she looked like because he was in earlier getting his meds first and she gave him an attitude and run around when he said he was using good RX. I'm not sure why she was in a bad mood, I've been using Publix's pharmacy for a long time. But I will refuse to have her help me IF I choose to continue using Publix. I believe Walgreens may be my option, there service is tops 100%. I am positive I am not the only one she has treated this way. I was literally there 2 minutes before she turned angry over a coupon."
