"Called to speak about an insurance claim only to be transferred to a different department. But instead of being transferred, I was hung up on. Not a very good insurance company to deal with if you're a victim in the case."

"This office is unprofessional, and a total waste of time, resources and effort. Progressive needs to look into getting the cancer out of this office before they dont have one there anymore. The totally biased ans shady business doings of the 3 woman in this office between Brittany, Megan and Andrea is absolutely baffling. I have yet to speak with Mrs. Angie. And it's been a week since I've asked to speak to her. Yet it's suppose to be a 24 hour call back period. Do yourself a favor and NEVER have to have dealings with these individuals in this office. They lie, cover up for one another. And totally disregard facts and go off own beliefs.. that was stated in a phone call today I had with Mrs. Brittany. Simply pathetic."

"-Be me. -Progressive driver hits my parked car and rips the front bumper/grill and left front quarter panel nearly completely off. Also Damages the wheel and who knows what else. Leaves car in unsafe-to-drive condition with giant pieces of body suspended by only a handful of small plastic clips. -Progressive driver finds me in work and admits fault. Progressive driver calls police and admits fault to police officer. Progressive driver admits fault to Progressive. -File claim with Progressive. -Be told it will take 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS (ie. 1-3 WEEKS) before a determination can be made. -Ask Progressive if it's normal in such a cut-and-dry case for it to take up to 3 weeks. -Get the answer, it is "Yes". -Spend 2 hours on the phone late Friday night trying to speak to a manager. -Finally get in touch with a manager who seems to care and after a nearly hour long conversation, get a follow-up the very next morning (Saturday) indicating that Progressive will cover a rental and the repairs. -Get told to call Caliber collision Monday morning and that a rental has already been reserved. FeelsGoodMan. -Monday, talk to Caliber and they say they can't look at the car until Friday (one week after accident). -Contact Progressive to let them know and to secure the rental and get told that the company policy is only to approve a rental once the car is in the shop. -Ask Progressive if I'm understanding correctly that their 100% at fault driver left my car in an unsafe condition and that the official company policy is to leave me with an unsafe car for a week even though I'm 100% not at fault. -Progressive indicates that, yes, that is correct. This company valued at over 81 BILLION dollars, is trying to nickel and dime someone whose wrecked car THEIR DRIVER ruined. Their driver left my car unsafe, and Progressive is trying to avoid shelling out $250 to make it right. Insurance is a scam. Progressive is an absolute joke of a company. They should rename themselves REGRESSIVE. The greed on display by this company in my case is absolutely disgusting."

"Does this company have dummies as agents. Not able to contact them at all. my car was wrecked and i am trying to reach an agent from the perpetrators company (progressive) and its been a bad exerience so far. I am going to fine a comlaint with ga consumer beaurau if no action is taken soon."

"This Progressive location in Newnan seems to have a personal problem. I’m not sure what the problem is but everybody is in cahoots with each other to try to gain a dollar. Mike Shallion was yelling at me because I wanted my car inspected and re-checked Dwayne who is part of the parts Team handed over a check to a place I decided I did not want to continue to do business before they started working on my car and LaShawn communicated more for the business than she did for me as a customer of Progressive . What a shame I was great having them for my insured during this time of loss, it has been the worst situation ever and I’m truly disappointed in the customer service and the representation of this business I have had to call the corporate office to try to get things corrected . I really feel like I’m being discriminated against, and the situation is going to be bigger than what it started out to be due to the people and their beliefs."
