"I have been a patient at this office until they refused to give me antibiotics for a tick bite that came with Lyme disease symptoms. I clearly had classic Lyme disease symptoms and had to find another doctor to give me the antibiotics I needed to clear up the infection. Keep in mind, Lyme disease goes highly undiagnosed. And it's no surprise with doctors like this . Someone I know just recently went to this office and had the same problem and was denied antibiotics also. They were told that they would have to wait for a blood test that has a 65% or less accuracy according to CDC guidelines. Also according to the CDC, they recommend NOT waiting for blood test results, to treat right away if you have Lyme symptoms after a tick bite. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE"

"Dr. Kelly has been my physician since I arrived in Radford. I can say only superlative things about him and the others at the Clinic, e.g. Kay, his nurse and the one I first see on each visit. If I could give 500 stars, I would. Truly outstanding."

"I have been in this hospital for a little over a week now and majority of the nurses that work here are on point with doing their jobs, but there’s also others that take forever to get to your room to let you off your IV when it’s complete or just to let you use the bathroom. No one should have to wait over 25 minutes just to stretch your legs or when you need something, I am not very satisfied with the waiting period nor how they like to goof off out in the hallways instead of taking care of their patients like their supposed to be doing when they decided to get their degree into wanting this kind of job to begin with!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!"

"The Carilion Clinic Family Medicine in Radford is nothing less than phenomenal. The entire staff from getting an appointment, the office Manager, Dr. Kelly Reese and Carol her nurse. I was given a referral to another clinic due to debilitating lower back pain. Unfortunately, the first appointment was weeks away. I got a hold of the Magnificent team at the Radford Clinic, explained it to them, and the following day was given another appointment to get the treatment I needed. This is going above and beyond, to take care of their clients. The referral was to a pain clinic outside of the Carillion network. They did not have to reach out to help me, but they did. This is why I love them, they put my care and well-being above all. THANK YOU!!"
