"Totally unprofessional. Called and set up appointment and was told I could come in to be seen and they would be able to fill out paperwork for DMV. Had to cancel my shift and when I got there the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional.. said I couldn't be seen for that.. even though they had done it before. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME."

"They have no problem putting a patient at risk. I have been going there for about 2 years because i have no insurance. A few months back, I had to see what is nothing more than the equivalent of a quack. She kept me sitting in the room for two hours. Then, tells me she can hear me breathing. No duh! What do you expect with some who has a respiratory condition and has had a face diaper on for 2 hours. She then proceeds to try and shrink me. She also decided to switch my medication, swearing that just because she could hear me breathing I have something I do not. I get the FIRST medication then had to be switched again because I no longer qualified for the first medication. Friday, I call them and tell them the medication isn't working. Poor Michelle worked hard to try to get me a rescue inhaler and my nebulizer medication and the quack refused to give it to me. Now, Sunday, I wake up COVERED in hives because i am allergic to that medication. I call again and ask for a rescue inhaler and some nebulizer medication, which they told me they had both in the office. But, the quack refused to give it to me. So, now, here I am, asthmatic and have NO medication. I once thought this office was a good office. Now, I see they have absolutely NO problem putting their patients at risk when they KNOW the patient has a life threatening condition. I am seriously considering calling the medical board on the quack because she willingly and intentionally denied me my medication. If I could give them no stars, I would."
