This made the process easy and pin pointed exactly what I needed to maintain my pool. They recently switched locations from Tucker to a bit further down off 78 near Lowe’s."

"We unfortunately chose this company to build our pool because they were slightly cheaper than most but wish a thousand times over we had paid a little more for a pool we could be proud of. They completely botched the job. Our liner was never fully installed on the edges and literally was coming out at the stairs and multiple places throughout the pool and when I asked them how they were going to fix it they said “well, I don’t know what you want me to do about that, I can’t fix it” so it still remains incomplete 2 years later. When they poured our cement, there were so many cracks throughout it within a week of it drying, they admitted they would have to put a textured finish to cover it up which I did not like and is not stylish but I had no choice at that point. The cracks still got bigger and bigger within months and now almost 2 years later there are about 10 different cracks that are several inches and in some cases feet long. Not to mention, the edges around the pool are so uneven and bumpy that it looks like someone fashioned our cement out of paper mache and let it dry. There is actually a small hole in the cement next to our stairs entering the pool. It is so embarrassing to have people over and explain what happened because we hired the wrong pool company. Please please please DO NOT let these people build your pool."

"Never never never call these people. They do not show for appointments. They sold us a rebuilt motor as “new”. Did not install new seals that were bought. Reinstalled the old seals incorrectly. When called to fix the problems, Deangelo gave excuses that he was busy. Yes. He was busy working a higher priced project for 3 days while my pool turned green."

"Awful. Made an appointment to have my pool opened. Waited all day but nobody came and nobody called. The appointment was for a Friday. No word even by the end of the day Monday, so I called and left a message. They never returned that call either. Go literally anywhere else instead."

"Bought a house with a pool, closed for the winter. Called this company that had worked on the pool before on 5/17. Couldn't get an appointment to open pool until 5/25, before Memorial day. That day came, no call to confirm. I took a day off work and called them at noon. "Oh, we're sorry, but I don't see a ticket for you here. I can't get in touch with our crew and I don't know where they are......." If you make an appointment......keep it. It's not difficult. Use someone else."
