"I’ve been using Velox for many years. Stephanie was always my go to Velox person for the Cartersville location but I’ve been told she’s no longer there ;( Michael has helped me recently and I’m glad to say he was friendly, helpful and not long hold time. I can say of all the years I’ve used this company I’ve only had ONE bad experience and it was an issue with two females whose names I don’t recall BUT… I originally called with a simple payment question due to my car being broke in and my credit card being stolen AND it was time for my insurance payment. I went in store after being told they couldn’t update my card on file over the phone. I paid cash being that I had the cash on me and I was in store. She reassured me that it wouldn’t charge my account and that she would have to put the remaining balance towards my account since the store had no change (no biggie). THE NEXT DAT I checked my online bank statement and the payment STILL came out. I called the same day about the issue and both females gave a problem while putting me on hold several times without giving a simple answer. I had to wait 9 days to receive a CHECK BY MAIL for a refund due to a mistake between the company itself and the insurance company. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with this insurance company (the third time) BUT ITS THE FIRST TIME I had to wait so long on a refund for their mess up…yet again. I say their mess up only because the insurance company told me Velox is supposed to make a note on the account that a payment has been made in store so my auto pay doesn’t come out. Not true how all this is or how this system truly works. Just giving MY personal experience in what I was told on MY situation."
