"Not very responsive....plus these are just middle-men and sell you a policy with someone they contract with or have access to thru some insurance portal. Call the insurance companies direct and find better rates. I didn't need these guys to tell me my own bank USAA had the best rates for insurance but I went with a different provider I don't think they do much more than google a bunch of different polices for you and sell you one (probably an interal system for insurance). Not saying thats a fact, but I had to deal with anyone but them once a policy was created....they can create it and cancel it. If you need anything else they aren't able to do much. This is why I'm saying you should just do your own research and call every company directly to request a quote. If all you can do is sell me a policy and not help me once that policy is in place, then what value do they offer? Just my experience."
