"I broke a tooth, my regular dentist could not see me for weeks. I called Dentistry at Houston Lake and they got me in the very next day! I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist. From the front desk girls, assistants to Dr. Jensen everyone was so sweet, pleasant, efficient and understanding with me! Dr Jensen fixed my tooth very fast and painless, it looks like nothing had ever happened to it! Also, Angela going over my insurance and financial costs was very sweet and helped me understand everything I needed to know! Thank you again! "Today was my first time visiting Dentistry At Houston Lake. I broke a tooth off below the gum line while camping in the mountains last week. I called every listed dentist between Blue Ridge and Warner Robins because my regular dentist couldn't/wouldn't see me for a week. Dentistry At Houston Lake didn't have any immediate openings, but put me on a call list for cancelations. They called me the next day, Friday, to schedule me for first thing this morning, Monday. They also sent me a text link so that I could fill out my new patient paperwork online over the weekend, which was really nice and easy to do. The movie theme they have throughout the office is great and they have good upbeat music playing. I thought it was cheesy, to be honest, when I had driven by and seen the movie style sign. It's actually pretty cool and helps set a comforting tone instead of the clinical scary dentist vibes other places give off. Even the ceilings are decorated, giving you something to look at or focus on when you're laying back in the chair. I was in the western room. The staff was friendly and everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was efficient, quick to make things happen, and personable. They also were not pushy about offering additional services or appointments. I spoke with my husband about changing dental offices because we've had some issues with our current dental office, and I was impressed by everything today. I've had more dental work at more offices than I can count, and I dread going. Today was a nice experience, and they got me in faster than the dental office I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars at over the last 6 years. I would definitely recommend!"
