"I came from Alaska and my vet in Alaska had given me a prescription for my elderly dog. I go to this pharmacy to fill the script. Since Day One, the entire staff has been overtly rude to me, short tempered, and hugely lacking in customer service skills. The breaking point for me was when I picked up my dog’s prescription and they had only filled 50 when they wrote they had filled 60 pills. I called the pharmacy, I was on hold for 13 minutes after I tried to speaking to a rude woman who had no interest in what I had to say, and when the pharmacist FINALLY came to the phone, he had no idea what I was talking about and I had to go over everything again. Then, he interrupted me, saying, “Okay. Bring it in.” And hung up on me. I will be going to a vet clinic here in Columbus to get my dog seen and have new prescriptions filled out rather than ever deal with these people ever again."
