Walgreens Pharmacy

"I have NEVER been more annoyed and disappointed in Walgreens in my entire life! I made an appointment ON LINE to get a covid test because I have to have one for the MS conference that I am attending this weekend. I get to this Walgreens, and there is a short line to the right and one to the left. I get in the left line under the sign that says 'consultation' because I only had a question. The two people in front of me get helped and leave, and then I'm just standing there with my sister, and no one acknowledges us. The crass woman that was loud when we approached was in the window playing with a dog while we all waited. She finally turns and says to my sister very loudly and rudley,'WHAT DO YOU NEED CAUSE THE LINE IS OVER THERE?! My sister says as quietly and privately as possible ''I just need to know where we should go for our covid appointment" the woman says loud as hell. COVID TEST? OUR MACHINE BROKE. YOU CAN TRY THE OTHER WALGREENS. before walking off. Besides her rudeness, crudeness, and sheer inability to take care of her customers in a discreet manor. She was completely non helpful or observant or she would have seen the line she told me to go stand in had formed mostly after we had arrived. I've been balancing the idea of taking my business elsewhere because of another pharmacy individual that i had trouble with before (Who told me I "may as well wait" on a prescription my son needed, they closed, didn't call me and my son ended up having an asthma attack that night without his meds) but this woman took the cake. I know they aren't doctor doctors, but there's a certain degree of privacy and discretion that they should show, and she purely SUCKED!"

"I have never written a google review before but this was my last straw. I called the pharmacy twice and was hung up on twice. This wasn't before being left on hold for 30 minutes though. I encourage anyone who reads these reviews to STAY AWAY. Awful customer service."

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with ,possible exception Walgreens Cahaba Heights ,AL. Lazy. Incompetent. I am a physician and as such have dealt with hundreds of pharmacies. Unmatched incompetence. Voice mail is horrible and they don't bother listening to it. Never have the prescription ready. Tell the patient they didn't get it then mysteriously find it. 8/23/2021 18:20 is last encounter if someone from walgreens actually reads these. Will never use another Walgreens and encourage my patients to do the same. WORTHLESS. WORTHLESS WORTHLESS."
