"Rude, rude, rude. These 2 women did not want to help. One said they carried the product & told me which aisle at the same time the other said no, they don't have it. I went to look at every item in that aisle & didn't see it. So I asked again to confirm I had the correct area. They were talking with each other & drinking water, not really wanting to help the only customer in the store. I asked nicely both times. I was ready to spend money & support a small business on several items but would never after that treatment! Then the one was taking trash out right in front of me & let the door hit me as she looked back at me! So disrespectful, unprofessional, rude! I hope they are not the owners!!"

"the medication that i got is an expensive and tedious process (my psychiatrist charges me for every transfer and this medication is on backorder so it’s important for me to transfer it to somebody they have in stock) to get transferred which is why i called ahead to this pharmacy asking if they had it and they not only told me that they would have it in stock the next day but they also said REASSURED me that it would definitely be there. Lo and behold i called the next day that they said it would be there and guess what.. it’s not there, and they don’t know when they’ll have it. it makes me mad because i asked them numerous times if they were sure they were gonna have it the day they were gonna have it and they said yes. now i have to go through the process. bad customer service. also how convenient for them to stop answering bc the phone call. terrible service"
