"The service is beyond and above what is expected of the service industry. I placed an order for a beautiful young lady in Gallipolis. Living several hundred miles south of Gallipolis, I had no idea which florist to use.Basket Delights knew exactly where she lived and did not charge extra even though she lives several miles outside of the city limits. On the day they were delivered she had run a brief errand. Rather than leaving the arrangement unattended outside, the owner called her and met her in another location. Even though it was their busiest time of the year, I was not charged extra."

"Jay and his staff are absolutely amazing! They always create exactly what I am looking for in an arrangement. Their customer service is top notch. My daughter loves white roses, which are difficult to get right because they are either a shade on the green or yellow side at times. I have ordered white roses for Emma from Basket Delights for the past two years for Valentine’s Day and they have been PERFECT every time! Their designs are timeless and classy. "I ordered a bouquet for my cousins funeral. I didn't order though for my other cousins, his brothers. Which they thought I was doing. I called Basket Delights to correct my error, they had a beautiful planter with live cut flowers at the funeral home in less than 30 minutes. Both the bouquet and planter are beautiful!
