"Fraudulent charge. I got a TB test and I paid in full and now they’re trying to come at me for 64 more dollars bc they billed me as a checkup. I literally never got a checkup. I disputed this months ago and they’re still on me about their mistake."

I have called twice now to dispute a charge that they are threatening to send debt collectors for, and both times the moment I begin asking real questions about why I am being charged, I am hung up on. Extremely shady, will never use again and will warn others."

"I've been to the clinic several times in the past 6 years; I've always had easy check in and excellent service. The nurses were efficient, friendly and professional. I received the medication I needed and the prescriptions were quickly filled at the store pharmacy. I've always had excellent service at several different Kroger pharmacies."
"Poor customer service from the Caucasian lady upfront. She had a very stink attitude from the moment I walked up to the counter. I actually had to greet her first. I always patronize this location for my Covid test and all of the other young ladies have always been pleasant, but this time, I had a very poor experience and I will not go back. Maybe if I was Caucasian my experience would have been better, because another customer came after me and the employee attitude was way different (night and day). We are in 2021, this business should not have people like that working for their establishment , this type of behavior should not be tolerated."
