"Just got off the phone with Shawnee mental health... Called initially for patient questions and to let them know I wasn't diabetic anymore... The lady that answered the phone rush me off the phone and didn't ask me if I had any more patient questions, I told her I wanted to give you guys a good review and use her name and she got snippy and rushed me off the phone when I had more patient questions.... Which is understandable if she was with other patients in there were waiting but she didn't ask me if I had patient anymore patient questions and overall gave me the bad vibe that I don't want to be a patient there anymore! I don't want to get her in trouble but she definitely needs extra training to handle a situation like this!.....TBD(not all negative) Joni and Josh are the reasons I would stay a patient. These two work extremely hard very good with patients and definitely deserve a raise!"

"I love these people!!! Been going there for 5 years. Besides a few NP changes, it's been the same people. Georgeann is my therapist, and would move heaven and earth to help me, and has. Dr. Agarwal is my psychiatrist. She seems a bit stern (she has to be in her field), but after she gets to know you she's very sweet and considerate. Finally, my adorable NP, Amber. I have a rare medical condition and the first time I met her, I told her that my colon was hanging out my abdominal wall. (They actually were.) She was a big advocate in helping me get my surgery during the height of the pandemic. She has taken the time to learn about my condition, and goes above and beyond."

"Im so sick of my prescription getting messed up. Don't put me on a medication and then make it difficult to get refills. I've gone the past two months having to go on and off a medication bc my refills are getting messed up. I can't get any help on Fridays and I'm to the point where I feel ill have to find a new doctor because I'm under so much stress trying to work with this office. This medication i'm on causes side effects/rebound effects when it's not taken, I'm having more harm than good done to me because of the mess ups with my refills. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's becoming a trend again to the point I feel I need to say something about it."

"DO NOT ATTEMPT. No matter the reason of visit, The doctors, nurses and counselors do NOT work with those in need. Trust me, I'm a patient. I hate it. There is no one turn to in a place meant to get help. DO NO EVEN ATTEMPT. I have spoken to superiors and even they, do not care."

"I had a very positive experience here. My quality of life improved from sitting home alone to being trained for a job I loved. Even spent a semester in college. I do agree some of the office help are a rude. That is important as it could decide if someone seeks help or walks away. If you want assistance, this place will find resources to help."
