"I am not sure what the problem is with the lady who schedules appointments. I moved back and need a primary care physician. Unfortunately I was in a bad auto accident and am suffering from a brain injury and multiple fractures before establishing one. I also have cystic kidney disease and am a ductal carcinoma cancer survivor. When I brought the paperwork back to get an initial appointment the lady said since they had me on narcotic medication for pain I can't be seen. Now I have not taken anything stronger than over the counter Tylenol in a month and a half for pain. Before I got back home the doctor called twice and said for me to call back for an appointment . Well I did yesterday and she basically called me a sliar. I have the message saved. Then she calls first thing this morning before their office is even open to tell me that he feels I need a specialist a gynecologist. I mean seriously what is this woman on? For one thing I need a primary doctor that can refer me to an oncologist, neurologist and what else I need. This woman shouldn't be working in a physicians office. Especially since she doesn't know the difference between a gynecologist and a neurologist. Plus she is a nasty mouthed woman. Very disrespectful. I am having serious headaches with other symptoms that can be life threatening and this doctors office is who they suggested to me to get what I need. What a joke. If I could give them minus a star or two I would."
