"The staff were nice. But my husband and I were blown away by their blatant attempt to rob seniors of their savings. Not everyone cares to have the best smile but it sure would have been nice to be able to smile at your grandkids school. Ridiculous prices. And after reading their responses to the bad reviews, that pretty much proves the don't care due to every one of the responses are the same. Just what does their putting their eye on Griffin mean?"
"My appointment was at 3. I arrived at 2:50 and didn't get to the back for xrays until 3:48. No one came to tell me about my wait or anything until I asked and a young man by the name of Kwin assisted me! On top of that I paid a ridiculous amount of money to have my cleaning. I've never paid that much to Aspen or anyone for the same service. The young lady Vy tried to explain abt the payment but I was already so pissed and late to my son's senior meeting that it didn't matter. This is ridiculous! I left the Fayetteville Aspen office because of being unprofessional looks like I need to leave this one as well!"
"Let me start off with I, like most people, hate and fear going to the dentist. Aspen changed all of that. Friendly staff, each of them willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit."
"IMPOSSIBLE to get assistance on the phone. Extremely rude on the phone and no two employees I spoke to could provide me the same information. They would not work to understand my insurance coverage and wanted me to pay $700 for a service that is completely covered under my insurance. They would not communicate with my insurance. Sent me to voicemail 5+ times while I was trying to resolve my issue. Save yourself the time and inconvenience and DO NOT GO HERE."
