"Pineapple sage arrived as a gift, in the peak of a summer heat wave. Beautifully packaged! The plant had healthy green leaves, however the main stem had blackened. A refund and replacement were offered after sending a photo. I declined refund as I don't want to see this great company lose money, and I requested shipment be held off until September when temps are back to 100 or less. I let the replacement adjust in the shade a few days before potting and the 1st photograph. The 2nd photo is four weeks later!"
"The photo’s are of my first order. I was so sad and upset to see them in such a bad state. None of them survived. I let the company know and they not only refunded me they sent me new plant’s that showed up in much better condition. So grateful. They didn’t stop there, they sent seeds for the plants I ordered as well as some I didn’t. Got me in tears with gratitude. A company that will go to such lengths to deliver a good product is a total keeper. I will most assuredly order from these folk’s again and again. It’s all about customer service for me, yes great products count’s too, a lot, but for me, if the service is great they’ve earned my business. Telling everyone about these folks.
