"Went there on day 1 covid for me, they confirmed what I already knew. Did blood work to give paxlovid and said they would call that day. I called four times and was always told they would call back. Never did. Don't go there."

"Clinical staff was wonderful! The two women up front are some of the rudest front office staff i’ve come across. I also asked for my discharge paperwork and Jodi (front office) said no, me knowing that you always have discharge paperwork any time you leave a facility. They are not pleasant people."

"I went for a simple UTI. Was told that my urine was clean but they’d do a culture and multiple other tests and would call me as soon as they had results. I explained that I do not have health insurance so I cannot pay to see my doctor and have the same tests ran and it’s important that I get the results because I am getting worse. I waited three days and my symptoms continue. I paid upfront for the visit. Finally I called them. I was told that everything was negative including the culture but there was a “preliminary test that was still out and should be ready the next day.” The next day I get a call from my pharmacy saying I have a prescription ready for pickup and it’s a prescription to treat something of which I have no symptoms at all. I call KDMC again. I am told that the it was a “bad specimen” and to go see my regular doctor. I never spoke with a doctor again, the person reading the results could not explain anything to me. So the entire visit was a waste of money. I received no helpful or relevant treatment. I will now have to pay double for a simple UTI. I will never go back here and I strongly urge anyone considering this place not to go."

"I would never go to this place again. No one there knows what they are doing and they all have an attitude. I took my daughter there for a Hep A shot because she is working in fast food and everyone at her work is getting vaccinated. Her employer set it up the appointments. They wouldn’t give her the shot because she wasn’t a patient there. It’s an urgent care I thought that was generally the point of those places. That’s what they said anyway. But it’s really because I dared to ask how much longer it would be after we sat there for 2 hours. They were so rude. I asked for something in writing about why they wouldn’t help my daughter they refused. I couldn’t believe how they treat people. I will never go back there again for any reason. I have no clue why anyone would give them money to be treated so terrible."
