"DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, I went to this establishment to receive help with my severe anxiety and depression. So tell me why, after being checked in they have me wait in a room that is no wider than 4ft, all by myself, with random beeping and bumping sounds everywhere? And when I told them I was uncomfortable and afraid in that room, I was still put in that room again. I’ve seen Dr. McClellan twice now and both times she was extremely rude and my appointment didn’t last more than 15 mins. I feel like you can’t prescribe medication to someone who you have spoken to for a total of 30 mins but I’m not a Dr so I could be wrong. Either way, she acts like she doesn’t want you there and like you’re being an inconvenience to her. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful to people who are there to receive mental health assistance. Everyone I’ve met who works here except for the lady with long red hair who brings you back for vitals is so rude. The second you walk in they act like you are causing them so much inconvenience. None of them are friendly. I’ve never been to a health care place where I can tell the people who work there, don’t want to be there. It’s really sad. Definitely do not recommend going here for mental health issues at all because they will only make you feel worse. I keep having to edit this review and add more as I remember because there are so many red flags at this place I keep forgetting some. Either way, DO NOT GO HERE."

"The psychiatrist here is the best I've ever had. All the doctors do a thorough job and are very pleasant. The lady who does the blood work is nice and it never hurts. Would never go anywhere else."

"Not a bad place, but I highly recommend going anywhere else to get blood taken. The phlebotomist is not friendly or attentive. I asked if the paper i had was what she needed and she replied "you have to get it from the front desk.".... I had gotten it from the front desk; perhaps she couldn't be bothered to listen to me or check my document. She had a needle in my arm while reaching across the room to grab something else and it hurt very much. The next day, I had a bruise half way up my arm and half way down. I have never seen such a bruise from taking blood. I just go to LabCorp now, they're very good at taking blood."

"I’m absolutely sick how the lab lady Liz is allowed to be employed at this establishment with her attitude and unprofessional behavior. Do better Kanawha valley. Every single person there is kind and professional. I will be reporting her for medical malpractice."
