Once it was time for my appointment, the dental assistant escorted me to the treatment room and made sure I was comfortable. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process as she went along. I appreciated her patience and attention to detail. Finally, the dentist came in to perform my exam and cleaning. He was professional, personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was gentle and efficient, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt confident in his abilities and appreciated his honest and informative approach.
