"Staff is great but lies about cost and don't submit paperwork to insurance companies within a reasonable time. My husband was told that he would need all his teeth pulled. We were told that once we set up an appointment with the oral surgeon to call back so dentures could be made. We did actually as they told us. Once we had the appointment which was at the beginning of may we came back in paid almost $900 out of pocket. The oral surgery was a rude person and we decided not to go with him. At the end of may my husband was offered another job and lose our insurance while he was switching. In July I went to the office to pick up the dentures seeming we did pay for our portion. I was told that they didn't put it through the insurance company and seeming we didn't have insurance in July we would either have to wait until we get new insurance or pay full cost. Why should our new insurance or ourselves have to pay because they didn't want to do the paperwork"

"Dr. Gwyn and her staff were wonderful. Over the weekend, my son's cheek was very raw from biting it. Dr. Gwyn called in a medicine on a Sunday. He got his teeth cleaned a few days later, and the dental hygienist, Jennifer, was very gentle with him. My son has autism. The front office staff and everyone there are always very kind. This is definitely a dental practice for your whole family!"
