"I was excited to do my first dental exam with mint dentistry after listening to many of their cool commercials. A few weeks after each visit, I will receive an email from them stating that I owe money and that this is the first and final email before they send me to collections. I was usually annoyed whenever I get those threatening emails because I never hesitated to pay my portion of the bill that the insurance did not cover. I found those emails to be very unprofessional and annoying. The straw that broke the camel back was when I was sent an email about 3 days before my upcoming appointment that sated that my appointment was canceled due to me not confirming. That was infuriating to me. I did not get the good service as advertised on the commercials. I felt like I was being hassled for money after every visit. I would not recommend this to anyone. I've since returned to my previous dentist."
"This was a terrific experience for me it’s been awhile since I have been to a dentist. The staff was exceptional the environment was had a vibe. Definitely going back to get all of the work I need completed. Cindy was so warm and welcoming to me no judgment on how jacked up my teeth were she was totally professional the whole time she helped me relax and to feel comfortable. Morgan is the best office manager anyone could ask for she not only explained the break down of what I needed she also helped me with my insurance. If it’s been awhile like it has been for me your wait is over. Go see the staff at the Mint Dentist today they will get you straight."
