Going to the dentist for me was embarrassing, scary and it made me very anxious because it's been a while. From day one everyone made me feel welcomed, there was no judgement only solutions to help me feel better about my smile. Best decision I made for myself."

"My visit was very professional. The person at front desk was kind. The other people explained each process ie. X-rays, cost out my pocket, what they were gonna do next. Mostly I liked that they smiled and were pleasant."

"I went to this location for 4 years and decided 2023 would be my last due to billing issues. Scheduling issues and a tooth that was damaged. When I first went 4 years ago they had about 5 dentist of varying fields such as oral surgery, and endodontist but now there is on average 2 present regular dentist and periodontist and a third dentist who comes on rotation. There is not as many hygienist like 4 years ago and many of them I had come to recognize all left about the third year mid 2022. As stated above I have had my appointments abruptly changed because of early closing or the dentist is no longer available that day. Also the billing issues such as my insurance covers lets say x-rays but coast dental said they didn't but luckily I checked before I was charged. Another time they said I owed $ 150.00 I showed the receipt it was paid. Coast insisted it was not. I had to get my insurance involved and Coast had billed me incorrectly and had to correct it to show I owe no money. Lastly my tooth was damaged and that was it. I want to another dentist to have the matter fixed. Coast dental gives great cleanings and that's why they get 3 stars, other wise just take precaution with billing and dental work here."

"Having been coming to this location for almost 4 years. The hygienist, Ms. Williams is always very nice and cordial. She has done an excellent job with both of my son's. She even books their cleaning together to mitigate multiple visits for me. There has been a lot of turn over at the desk, but current personnel is helped and greet you upon arrival."
