"The counselors and front office staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The medical side however is HORRIBLE. It's the worst treatment program I have been apart of, and I have almost 9 years clean. I was literally, not exaggerating, called 27 times in less than 3 months to come in for random drug screens and med counts. Mind you, I have 8 years of documented CLEAN drug screens. I was bimonthly and monthly before going there. And went straight back to weekly and then Biweekly. The reasoning being? Dr Jackson said he didn't know me on a personal level. Definitely not a state requirement. My HIPPA rights were violated as well. My recovery coach was fired. Instead of letting her tell her patients, the supervisor tool her phone, read ALL of the personal messages between us, messaged me back AS HER, and was rude. Finally, after messaging and ignoring me all day, she decided to tell me my recovery coach was let go that morning. I have narcolepsy and adhd. None of that was then into consideration and I was denied my meds. They even started dosing me off of my psych meds immediately which sent me into withdrawl and put me in an extremely vulnerable state. Do yourself a favor, and find a different medical program. This is NOT. A good place to support recovery. Its overbearing and they want you to be at their Beckon call 24/7. If your not? They harrass you and your emergency contacts."
