"After much debate, I feel obligated to write this review. Dr Johnson is the best dentist that I have ever been to. However, his office manager Lynn makes coming to this office unbearable. She is racist, passive aggressive, condescending, and generally unpleasant. This is true both in person and on the phone. Worse, her mannerisms seem to be tied to racism. I have seen her interact with people who are not of color and realized that myself and my family were treated drastically differently. I cannot continue to subject my family to casual racism and comments about clothing, timely arrival, payments terms or anything else she thinks we will have a problem with because we are black. My family deserves better, and so does yours."
"As we all know, going to the dentist, can be quite stressful for many. Dr Eric Johnson has created an incredible experience for his patients. I just had another perfect visit with him and his team this week and wanted to share it in a review. The customer care team are EXCELLENT at their jobs. Lisa was incredible on the phone, Cat does the most thorough and comfortable cleaning and Dr Johnson has impeccable skills as a dentist. He’s honest, kind and genuinely cares about his patients."
"Been going to Dr. Johnson for over 20 years now. Every time we visit we feel like the most important people in the room. The staff is AMAZING! Dr. Johnson is so caring and explains everything so it's not scary or confusing. From a mom with 2 kids who has been going since I was a young adult...this place is by far the BEST! Hands down best dentist and staff around."
