"I appreciated the ease of check-in and the waiting area for it’s space, colors, and play options. The back was clean, and I noticed that the older children seemed completely at ease as they waited for their cleanings. The staff was patient with irritable toddler. I felt good about coming to this facility. I would recommend coming earlier in the week."

"My daughter is 13 she said the staff was nice and made her feel comfortable. We went to two different locations and had a good experience at both, but I would also like to say the young lady at the memorial drive location was sooo comforting and sincere when I cried like a baby because my son had cavities lol. I really appreciated that I wish I would have gotten her name but the entire staff was great! The other location was Dunwoody again great staff."
"I like the dentist office and staff is ok, but I waited 3.5 hours today and my sons only had cleaning done. No one approached me or any other parent to say, ...We're sorry or thanks for your patience! I had to go up to the front desk after 1.5 hours and ask if my kids were ok, then waited 2more hrs!! I was told that there was only 1 dentist/doctor! I totally would have rescheduled if I was made aware of that. I think an announcement should have been made or something, especially since I live 50min away. Each visit gets longer and longer, so unfortunately,I think this is my last visit."
"The office’s clientele has clearly outgrown its ability to manage it effectively. We have been going to this practice with our 3 children for well over a decade and over the last year or so I have seen it change drastically. The wait times have increased while their attention to detail and service levels have decreased. We have had appointments that we did not schedule randomly show up however getting an actual appointment in a reasonable timeframe can be super frustrating. There are many caring and compassionate staff but in general they have lost the personal touch that we once cherished. Unfortunately, I am now to the point that I will more than likely find a new practice for my kids. Perhaps if they have more longstanding patients leave they will go back to the basics that made them what they are today."
