"I moved here from East Brainerd and moved our prescriptions to Walgreens and it has been a horrible experience. Everyone at the pharmacy has been extremely rude or impatient except for one really sweet girl who wore earrings that were in the shape of grapes lol. I miss the outstanding customer service from CVS. Walgreens will call me with an automated message that my prescriptions are ready and when I go there, no one has a clue what the call was about. My wife's prescription is out of stock everywhere (we know that isn't Walgreens fault) but apparently you have to call to get the automated refills actually filled or they won't do it. I hate that the only drive through pharmacy is Walgreens in Ooltewah. We are currently looking for somewhere else because between the faulty automated phone calls and auto refills and the customer service, this place isn't cutting it."

"My wife needed a script filled and when she checked the status on the app it said it would be ready in an hour and a half. I then called to see if we could come in and get it quicker. I waited 20 minutes on the phone and from the 1st minute the recording said there was 1 person in front of me. 20 minutes later that same person was still in front of me. I gave up and went to the store to get the script. When I checked on it the guy said to wait a minute. When he came back he said, “we don’t have it, don’t know when we will get it and don’t know where you can find it.” I asked for a copy of the script. He said the pharmacy that has it can call them to get the script forwarded. I exclaimed, “Call!?! will they wait 20 minutes because you obviously have the phone off the hook”. I then left."

"Absolutely horrible, a complete joke of a pharmacy. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes in line with only two cars in front of you and nine times out of ten, they screwed up your prescription and insurance. Don’t waste your time with his pharmacy"

"Wanted to get my 6-year old daughter the COVID-19 vaccine. Had an appointment at another Walgreens, my mistake. This pharmacy first stated that I need an appointment, I told them about the mix-up. Too late for me to get to the other branch. They said they don’t take walk-ins. Why not? Well, people want a vaccination and you aren’t going to provide it? No one else waiting, no one else there getting a vaccination. I’m a physician. If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem. No wonder vaccination rates in TN are abysmal. Along with misinformation, mismanagement and turning people away is the number 1, 2, and 3 ways to keep these numbers low. Great job on the ‘do no harm’ oath. They went on to tell me they don’t even have it in the store when an earlier call confirmed they do. Are you kidding me? In my book, ‘you’re fired’. No more."
