"I am having to go back for a second appointment because for some reason they brought me back and did x-rays before telling me that they had not scheduled me with a dental hygienist at my yearly cleaning. There was obvious confusion about the scheduling, as I was initially told a hygienist would be in, but then told I was only scheduled for x-rays (which makes no sense), then i was told that they are splitting everyone's appointment into two but must have forgotten to tell me (seems unlikely). However, taking them at their word, patients should be aware they will require two trips for their yearly cleaning instead of one. I can only hope this does not cause insurance issues..."
