"We arrived for appt and are met with a line that lasted for 10 min. The wait time was said to be 40-60 min but we waited 2 hours to be called. We go back to be seen and were still waiting. I overheard that the office is short staffed. I get that, I understand, but LET US KNOW. And DO NOT OVERBOOK YOUR OFFICE with multiple appts. This has been inconvenient for everyone who come to visit for their appts. This 1 hr visit turned to 4 and its ridiculous."

"I have two sons that receive treatment here.The dentist, dental hygienist and staff are amazing! My sons have high anxiety about their dental visits and at the beginning I was very worried how the staff would react to them.I had nothing to be worried about...the staff is very kind and professional .The dentist and dental hygienist were the best.The dentist explained the treatment in depth and answered all questions with patients and understanding.The dental hygienist comforted my youngest son and gently encouraged him though his visit. I continue have a great experience here."

"Appointment was at 9:30, got there at 9:25. We weren’t seen until 10:30. As soon as we got in the back the cleaning was done and the hygienist just left and went to the next patient. No communication on what was supposed to happen next nor did she communicate to her coworkers on what my child was supposed to do next. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes I go to the lady at the front desk asking if she was done. At this people that came in 30 minutes after us were already done their cleanings, X-rays and had already been seen by the dentist. The front desk lady went asking around and it turned out my child needed an X-ray, go figure. There’s no reason why it should’ve taken 2 hours to get a cleaning and an X-ray done. And the office was funky smelling, like they needed a carpet cleaning. In other words I WILL NOT be returning here and I highly suggest that you don’t go either. This will be my first and LAST time going to this office. VERY GHETTO. Didn’t leave the office until 11:30"

"I booked and emergency visit for daughter took off work, received a confirmation text 2 hours prior to appointment only to show up to the 10 mins early to the appointment to the office closing because no doctor was available. This is the second time I’ve been cancelled on due to no doctor being available at least the first time they had the courtesy to call and inform me. To show up and be informed is very inconsiderate when they know ahead of time there is no doctor when my child was scheduled for an emergency procedure.. find another dentist this has been the same issue with 2 of there locations"

"I drove 21 miles to get to this place. The customer service woman told me they change the date because the hygienist is not available. They kept sending me confirmation emails if I will keep the appointment. But no messages were telling me they changed the date. They wasted my & my son's time and money for nothing. They simply can send me the appointment date is changed. She claim that she send the change but that is not true because I already received emails & texts for confirmation. That means no problem with communication."
