"Calhoun Kroger pharmacy has the most caring and friendly staff of any pharmacy I have ever been to! When you go to a pharmacy, you normally just pick up your meds and leave. But for us, in that small amount of time, they left a huge impact on me and my dog's life. Every single time we needed refills or any assistance, they made it happen. Everytime we came in, they remembered my dog's name. I appreciate the entire staff there and they deserve recognition for the great work they do."

"My husband had back surgery and I was getting a prescription for pain medication filled for him here because it was cheaper. Big mistake. The pharmacist Ashley was the rudest person ever. She had no reason to look at me and talk to me the way she did. Since he is a new patient, she asked why we were filling it there and where we normally filled. When I told her CVS is where we normally fill, she asked me why we weren't filling it there! I bet we won't ever again! Kroger has a mega Karen running potential new customers off! Next time I will pay more for a prescriptions and deal with a place that employs someone like her. It is important for people like her to understand that you never know what someone is going through. There's no reason to treat people that way."

"This review is for the pharmacy not the store. The pharmacy staff act like they hate waiting on customers. Also they over stepped when they filled my friends medicines. The biggest thing was the wait time. 6 hours! So when I said no that's not acceptable. She then said 3 hours. When we went to pick it up she said it was ready which was at 1:30. They didn't send a text like they said they're supposed to do. When I asked for the manager so I can speak to her about another situation as well as that day, the girl all of a sudden was nicer."

"This pharmacy seems to struggle getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. You expect something as simple as 20 amoxicillin caplets to take less than six hours. I always wait six hours before pick-up and the last several times my order had not been filled yet. Recently it took over 2 days for one to be completed. Prices seem decent and pharmacists competent, it’s just slow"
