"I have given these people thousands of my hard earned dollars only to get burned. They don't care when you are in bind, and are so overpopulated with patients they can't see your kid for weeks when he needs to be seen that day. God forbid you miss an appointment, maybe they will try again in 6 months. I am not impressed in the slightest with their care for my kid, his braces and wires were always messed up and had to get fixed/cut...which when I called and told them the wire was stuck in my child's gums, they told me they could get him in next week or I could cut them myself. Go somewhere different...you will get better, more personal care, and probably a heck of a lot cheaper."
"I love Depew! Beautiful Establishment and helpful staff. When you call their office number, you don’t get an automated robot, you get a real person who makes you feel cares for and I love that Depew value’s hospitality over succumbing to the laziness that is a menu screen that makes it cost an arm and a leg just to hear a human voice LOL!! I heavily appreciate their dedication and smiles every time I walk in for an appointment. Thank you!"
