"I have been charged for services that are DEFINITELY covered by my insurance company. The insurance company confirmed on a recorded line and in a letter that I should have never been charged for the treatments as the insurance company paid Sage Dental for those treatments. After several emails back and forth with the office manager Courtney Godburn, she finally said I would receive a refund. Over 7 business days later, still No refund. Furthermore I have emails where she tried lying about the charges and what the charges were really for. But while in the office she told me that the treatments were not covered which is a lie. She didn’t bother to check with my carrier and my policy. They STOLE MY MONEY AND I WANT IT REFUNDED PROMPTLY."

"Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things. I've been going to the same dentist since I was 5 years old. When my insurance changed, I struggled to find a new dentist I felt comfortable with, and got behind on my cleanings. Dr. Solomon and her hygienist were wonderful and never once made me feel guilty about missing cleanings like other dentists have and were incredibly kind and helpful. I'm so happy I found them, will definitely return and highly recommend!"
"I went to Dr. Solomon to have a couple of teeth capped. She did a thorough exam and we discussed a plan to proceed. I was very impressed with her professionalism, her gentle handling of instruments while working on my tooth. The office is spotless and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
