"Be careful. This office is very unprofessional .I was scheduled an appointment which was rescheduled, when I got to the office for the new scheduled appointment I was told I needed to see Dr. Mcmillion and she had a doctor appointment and I needed to be rescheduled. The receptionist then told me they sent a text which was a lie.The same they happened to me last year.This office has changed,they are now very disorganized and don't care about inconvenience of their patients .I won't be going back.I advise everyone looking for a good dentist to go elsewhere."

"PLEASE BEWARE! This office is very unprofessional. They rescheduled my children's appointments without notice but state they do not see where the appointments were changed. However, I had and showed them the confirmation text. We would not have known that the appointments were changed had my daughter not had a filling the previous day. We went to the rescheduled appointments which were earlier than our originally scheduled appointments. My daughters sat and waited for over 2 hours for their cleaning and still were not serviced. They were called back and sat in the hygienist chair for an hour. I told them to leave. There have been problems in the past at this office and my husband has been asking me to find another dentist. Today was the last straw! This office needs a total revamp. We are a family of 4 and will not be returning to this office. I have found another dentist office. I am not sure why this office has 4 stars but I would never rate this office more than 2 stars historically."

"If you're looking for a caring dental office then I definitely wouldn't recommend this one. I had a dental EMERGENCY and contacted this office and they scheduled me to come in 5 days later. I wasn't in any serious pain so I accepted the appointment only for them to contact me the morning of the appointment and cancel bc the dentist wouldn't accept my insurance, something they could've told me the day they scheduled the appointment so that I would've at least had the opportunity to find another dentist that could see me right away. Seriously disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office. Never again."

"Feel like Dr. McMillan and the many hygienist that were there just sat and watched my teeth get bad. I was under the periodontal care and was suppose to get a deep cleaning every 2 years which is different from the regular cleaning that I was getting every 4 months not 6. Dr. McMillan would come and look at my teeth after the cleanings with pockets of 5 and 6 and never mentioned it was time for a deep cleaning nor did the hygienist. I didn't even know that I was suppose to be getting these deeper cleaning every 2 years until a new hygienist came in and told me and I wish I knew her name to give her credit. How a dentist office don't keep up with a patients care of gum disease?? I am so very disappointed in this office and with my dentist that I will not be returning! Oh I didn't mention that I've been going here over 15yrs!! My periodontal treatment was not handled properly!!!! Oh and we won't talk about when you get new insurance, how they don't know nothing until you take off to come in, then they tell you that your insurance won't do this and won't do that when you can do that over the phone. You all deal with insurance everyday, you should be able to give the customer information on how it works before they come to you!!"
