"After several years of dental care at this business, sadly we have to move on and find another dentist. We are consistently asked to move or reschedule appointments to accommodate their staff, but when we have to cancel an appointment due to illness (and to keep their staff from catching what we've got) they are never able to accommodate us. They just recently asked my husband to move his appointment, which he did. He had to ask for time off at work to make it happen, only for them to cancel on him the morning of his appointment. And now they can't see him for another month. We understand that life happens, but constantly moving appointments and canceling after you do is just unacceptable. Dr. Hall is very nice, but her hygienists are not nice at all, and it's just not worth the hassle anymore. Telling your patient their teeth are "gross" is just plain unprofessional."
