"My experience was great while I was in office, everyone was extremely friendly. After taking a closer look at my estimate, I realized that they only had my insurance covering 20% of my procedures (which I know isn’t correct). I called the office to ask for a pretreatment estimate to be sent to my insurance company and they refused. Why on earth would they refused submitting that to my insurance to ensure accurate pricing?! Scam."
