"I had a deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth today, but a probe indicated was never done during my initial exam, nor after the cleaning. I asked the front desk, but still have not been able to get one. So, how am I suppose to know if my gum muscles are improving. The deep cleaning with the hygienist only took about 25 minutes, that’s including the cancer screening for $25 which is not covered by insurance. It’s been a while since had a deep cleaning so I was expecting a longer session at least 45 minutes to an hour. After discussing this with several people that are familiar with deep cleaning techniques, question did I actually receive a deep cleaning. The on-line reviews are great, so am I the only one have had this experience? I will not spend time and money going back for second session on left side. Will find another dentist who will actually help in improving my periodontal disease. The reason I gave a two star is because Jezebel was very helpful while trying to sort things out with my insurance provider."

"I am so glad I went to Newnan Dental Studio for my dental problem this morning. My right molar fractured and my regular dental clinic told me they don’t have any availability to see me until early or mid January. Because I had a left molar extracted 3 months ago, I was worried about losing the right molar. I just decided to try calling several clinics. Newnan Dental had the best customer service on the phone, the front desk was sincere and compassionate about my situation. She immediately took care of taking all the information so I could be seen right away. Sure enough, they saw me at their earliest time available - 3 days after I called. When the smart and kind Dr D looked at my tooth, she immediately came up with a treatment plan. And I was so surprised at how much less they charged me for a crown compared to other clinics. And Dr. D immediately recognized my concern about not having molars on both sides, so she gave me a temporary crown on the same day. And her assistant, Kate (?) she was really good as well. Very meticulous with her work. If you want a reasonable, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable dental professionals, I highly recommend Newnan Dental Studio."

"The first appointment I booked online for one of my daughters I was called by an agent and told I needed to reschedule due to no doctor working on the day scheduled. I didn’t make a big deal out of it as maybe an emergency arose and schedules needed to be changed. I just asked the agent if they had any openings on the same day I already had scheduled for my youngest daughter. She said yes so it worked out. Fast forward two weeks later I received a message to provide insurance information for my appointment. Called and spoke with an agent for 30-35 minutes while he created fixed the accounts created for my kids and made one for me showing I was their parent and entered our insurance information. The morning of the appointments I get a messaging asking me to confirm (which I thought was odd because I actually spoke with someone 3 days prior). Anyways I confirmed through text that morning (it was 3 hours before my scheduled appointments). I get a call less than a hour before my appointments that they didn’t have my insurance information and now they are booked and I would need to reschedule and it’s because I didn’t confirm until the morning of the appointment. I told the agent that called I spoke to someone earlier this week AND provided my insurance information and she should see it in the file. Of course after I said that she confirmed she saw the insurance information now but they are still booked and I needed to reschedule. Needless to say I declined and told the agent I would look for service elsewhere As how can I feel comfortable with someone caring for my kids medically with this much mix up and not reading before calling . 1) when I was asked to reschedule the first time, I don’t understand why the agent didn’t ask for insurance information at that time 2) Clearly my file was not read as the agent who called me the morning of my appointment stated they did not have my insurance information on file but when I pointed out to her they did she finally saw it 3) The overbooking and lack of respect for their potential clients time. I get things happen but I didn’t even get an apology and the agent didn’t even try to see what could be done since this would be the second time for one appointment that an oversight was done on their behalf."
