"My family has been visiting this office for a while, but the office was bought out a while back. I had my first visit today since the change of ownership, and I was very impressed. The hygienist brought me back within 5 minutes of my appointment time, and I was in and out of the office within an hour for a routine cleaning! We had an issue with insurance claims and the ladies at the front desk graciously talked me through it. They also assured me that if need be, they would contact the insurance company to sort out any further issues taking a stress off of me and my family. The dentist, Dr. Stacey, was very sweet and thorough! So much so, I have now decided to take my toddler for her first dentist appointment instead of driving a ways a way for a pediatric dentist. Highly recommend!"

"I called to schedule a cleaning appointment as a new patient at this office . I took time off work for this appointment. When I got there, I was told that I was there for an exam and treatment plan. If this is the procedure, patients need to be made aware beforehand. I’ve never had this experience before. If I schedule an appointment for a cleaning, I have always had a cleaning. Very poor communication. And the office manager called my old dentist pretending to be me to get xrays. Unethical all around!!"
